Notes (week 36-48) – Meltdown and new project server

As many of you regular readers/users know, I’ve been away for a while. Reason for that is my major fatigue. Having no “real” break in over 10 years has it’s toll. But, I’m recovering and will continue to work with CE and other projects in 2009. Rest of this year I’m going to repose. There are many topics not answered in the forum, I apologize for that. Hopefully I’ll be able to revisit them once I’ll get back to work.

About work and CE, there are some changes coming. I’m slowly building a new server which will host CE and other projects in the future. CE will become open source along with that change.

Anyway, I thank all people for your concern. A special thanks to Steinsk for keeping an eye on the board. I’m not going to write notes until January 2009, same goes for the forum. So until then, take care and have a good Christmas and happy New Year.

Don’t sweat it (which seems to be what you’re doing – great!). Have fun on your break, man.

Marko, how great to hear from you again. We’ll hang around and wait for you after New Year :)

Until then, have a look at this great review from DownloadSquad:

Congratulations :)

Marko,

Great to hear from you again. Take all the time you need, health and a sound mind are more important than anything, the rest can wait.
Have a great time and see you again next year!
:-)

if you are dealing with chonic fatigue, do get tested for lyme disease – major cause of chronic fatique

Hey Marko,
Good luck with your new server and good to know CE’s still up and about.

Here’s another feature req. (on the lines of the Undo Closed Tabs that I had proposed quite sometime back)… try adding in a Protect Tab – so that you can ensure that you don’t close the tabs-you-need-to-have-open-at-all-times by mistake. That’ll be real handy – coz I keep doing so over and over…

Cheers,
m^e

miCRoSCoPiC^eaRthLinG, post your feature request in the forum.

it would be easier for Marko to keep track about it
