If you install manually then just replace the CubicExplorer.exe file. There's no need to replace any other files.

Hm. Yes I'm installing manually from zip now.
You know I also tried installer and got my bookmarks lost with it either. But that was some time before and probably now I got to make another try. Will do it again and make you know as soon as I will have a chance. Waiting for another build ;)
Thank you.

- What Windows are you using?
- Does this happen with every version?

I have noticed that after using CubicExplorer for a few hours, when I close every instance of the program, it still shows many copies of it's self under taskmanager. This happens in single instance and multi-instance mode. Is there a plan to fix this?

How do you install new builds?

- The proper way to upgrade to new build is to use the installer and install over the old build. The installer will only override needed files and it shouldn't touch your settings.

Appreciate your work. This is a very nice and small multi-tab Explorer I'm using for a few weeks and it's very good for me. But I got a problem installing every new build having all my settings and bookmarks gone. Is there a way to merge them at new build install time? It would be nice if you could specify in the change log at least when tags of xml files of the package are updated.
